These recipe is part of my Everyday Bakes series, simple recipes that fit into real life. These recipes are quick, approachable bakes made with everyday ingredients. Recipes that don't require complicated techniques or hours in the kitchen, but still feel special enough to share with family and friends. The kind of recipes you'll actually make.

A little while ago, I asked on Instagram what kind of recipes you'd like to see more of. The answer was surprisingly clear: simple recipes, pantry-friendly ingredients, and bakes that don't take hours to make.

And honestly, I couldn't agree more.

As much as I love making beautiful cakes and desserts, most days I find myself reaching for recipes that fit into real life. The kind of recipes you can make on a busy weekday, while a toddler is running around, or when you simply want something homemade without spending all afternoon in the kitchen.

That's how Everyday Bakes was born.

This series is all about simple, approachable recipes that still feel special. Recipes made with everyday ingredients, uncomplicated methods, and a focus on flavour over perfection. Some are quick muffins, some are simple cakes, and some might look a little more impressive than they actually are, but they all have one thing in common: they're recipes you'll actually make.

Because sometimes the best baking isn't the most elaborate. It's the recipe you can make on a random Tuesday, share with family and friends, and come back to again and again.

I hope Everyday Bakes inspires you to bake a little more often and reminds you that baking doesn't have to be complicated to be delicious.

    Raspberry White Chocolate Muffins

These are the best and softest one-bowl Raspberry and White Chocolate Muffins. These tall muffins has a streusel crumb topping giving a perfect crunch to the soft muffins. With this bakery style muffin you won't need to head to the bakery for a delicious muffin.

    Brown Butter Blondies

These brown butter blondies has crispy golden edges, a soft chewy center, and a rich caramelised flavor from the browned butter. Packed with both milk and dark chocolate chunks, they strike the perfect balance between sweet, buttery, and chocolatey. Easy homemade method, using pantry-stables, these blondies are ideal when you want something easy that is ready in under 40 minutes from start till finish.

    RECIPE

    Blueberry Crumb Bars

These blueberry crumb bars are made with a buttery shortbread dough that doubles as both the base and crumble topping, with a thick layer of sweet blueberry jam baked in between. The combination of crisp golden crumble and soft blueberry filling creates the perfect balance of buttery, fruity flavor in every bite.

    RECIPE

    No-Bake Berry Icebox Cake

This no-bake berry icebox cake is layered with cream cheese filling, digestive cookies (or graham crackers), and juicy macerated berries for an easy dessert that tastes light, fresh, and incredibly delicious. As the dessert chills, the crackers slightly soften, creating a texture that’s rich and creamy without requiring any baking. Simple to assemble and only takes 20 minutes to make.
