These recipe is part of my Everyday Bakes series, simple recipes that fit into real life. These recipes are quick, approachable bakes made with everyday ingredients. Recipes that don't require complicated techniques or hours in the kitchen, but still feel special enough to share with family and friends. The kind of recipes you'll actually make.

A little while ago, I asked on Instagram what kind of recipes you'd like to see more of. The answer was surprisingly clear: simple recipes, pantry-friendly ingredients, and bakes that don't take hours to make.
And honestly, I couldn't agree more.
As much as I love making beautiful cakes and desserts, most days I find myself reaching for recipes that fit into real life. The kind of recipes you can make on a busy weekday, while a toddler is running around, or when you simply want something homemade without spending all afternoon in the kitchen.
That's how Everyday Bakes was born.
This series is all about simple, approachable recipes that still feel special. Recipes made with everyday ingredients, uncomplicated methods, and a focus on flavour over perfection. Some are quick muffins, some are simple cakes, and some might look a little more impressive than they actually are, but they all have one thing in common: they're recipes you'll actually make.
Because sometimes the best baking isn't the most elaborate. It's the recipe you can make on a random Tuesday, share with family and friends, and come back to again and again.
I hope Everyday Bakes inspires you to bake a little more often and reminds you that baking doesn't have to be complicated to be delicious.
