Pour the blondie batter into the prepared pan, smooth it out with the spatula.
Bake it for 32-35 minutes. Once baked, let it cool down completely on a cooling rack.
Once completely cooled down, remove it from the baking pan and place it on a serving dish and make the strawberry glaze.
STRAWBERRY GLAZE
To a small bowl, add all of the ingredients and mix it together until smooth.
115 g powdered sugar, 2 teaspoon freeze-dried strawberries powder, 1 ½ tablespoon water
Pour the strawberry glaze over the blondie and spread it out. Optionally decorate with slices of freeze-dried strawberries. Let it set at room temperature. You can also place it in the fridge to set faster. Once the glaze has set and firmed up, it’s ready to be served.
