STEP 1: Add the butter and granulated sugar and mix until light and fluffy. Then add the eggs in one at a time until combined.

STEP 2: Add 1/2 the flour mixture

STEP 3: Then add the sour cream. Mixing until combined

STEP 4: Add the last 1/2 of the flour mixture, mixing until combined.

STEP 5: Give the batter a final mix until just combined.

STEP 6: Pour the batter into a loaf pan at bake it.

STEP 7: Make the ganache and pour it over the pound cake
