Biscoff Cheesecake

Super creamy and delicious no-bake Biscoff Cheesecake. It has a Biscoff cookie crust, Biscoff cheesecake filling and topped Biscoff spread!

STEP 1: Blend the Biscoff cookies. Add melted butter and blend it together.

STEP 2: Add the cookie crumbs and press the cookie crust down into the pan.

STEP 3: Cream the cream cheese until smooth

STEP 4: add the Biscoff spread, powdered sugar and vanilla extract and mix until smooth

STEP 5: In another bowl, whisk the heavy cream until stiff peaks.

STEP 6: Gently fold in the whipped cream with the cream cheese together.

STEP 7: Add the cheesecake filling into the cookie crust and smooth it out. Let it chill in the fridge for 8-12 hours

STEP 8: Melt the Biscoff spread in the microwave and pour it over the cheesecake.
