These Raspberry Cupcake has a vanilla cupcake that is filled with a homemade raspberry jam and is topped with a delicious raspberry buttercream.

STEP 1:
Add the butter and granulated sugar to a bowl and mix it together

STEP 2:
Add and mix in the eggs one at a time into the mixture

STEP 3:
Continue by adding the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined

STEP 4:
Finally, add the sour cream, vegetable oil and vanilla extract and mix until just combined

STEP 5:
Give the batter a gentle fold, using a rubber spatula, to make sure all of the ingredients have combined

STEP 6:
Divide the cake batter into the 12 cupcake liners and bake them

STEP 7:
Once baked, let them cool down.

Make the raspberry buttercream

STEP 9:
Dig out the core of cupcakes and fill it with raspberry jam

STEP 10:
Pip the buttercream on top of the cupcakes and decorate with fresh raspberries.
